6 Week Plan
A foundation for understanding & caring for your newborn.
I will guide you through care of your baby, week-by-week, with newborn care information, check-ins, and respond to your text questions. You will have access to my guidance and advice, answers to your questions, and peace of mind knowing that you aren’t doing this alone.
Virtual available from anywhere but Austin, Texas is my home. Hybrid option is available in my travel area in Austin/Northern Hays County.
Each plan includes newborn care education, information, and additional resources to assist you in a timely week-by-week distribution to help make it available when you need it. Includes my step-by step guidance, & practical tips based in my 10 years of experience as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist.
Each plan includes regular check-ins & support information by mix of text, video, & email.
The hybrid package includes virtual support and resources, plus a 90-minute weekly in-person visit (for families in my travel area in the Austin area).
You will lead the way on any additional support and discussion that would be helpful I will listen to your concerns and offer support, additional resources, and referrals as needed.
I can also check in on your recovery, and offer personal support, intentional self-care planning ideas, friend and family support ideas, and help you recognize signs of perinatal mood disorders.

We will start with a comprehensive onboarding process to help me get to know your needs and interests, and then we will work together for 3 weeks either in person or virtually.
During that time, I will listen to your concerns, provide education, weekly strategizing sessions with notes, make recommendations, and offer additional resources to match your situation. And I will be available between our sessions to answer your questions and provide addition support as needed.

Whether you want to learn about newborn care, a specific developmental stage in the first 6 months, or would like help with a particular issue with your baby, I will either come to your home (within my travel area) or arrange a video conference with you to discuss your concerns and topics you want to learn about. I will offer education, strategizing, and recommendations for your specific needs. Then I will send you notes from our conversation and answer any questions you have over the next week. We will also schedule a follow-up call to discuss your progress.
